Chick has designed and fabricated packaging solutions for an enormous range of demanding payloads, such as:

• High-tech circuitry –a hybrid packaging solution composed of wood, metal, conductive corrugated and plastics designed to support large heavily populated printed circuit boards during transportation. 

• Live Pandas –specialized metal containers with removable panels to darken the cage, bars on the end doors and polycarbonate windows for the two pandas to look at each other during the trip from China to the Washington’s National Zoo; and then their offspring back two years later.

• Advanced surgical robots –a hybrid packaging solution containing a combination of wood, metal, corrugated and foam that provided critical stability to the ungainly arm-like robotic appendages while allowing roll-off single person unpacking at the receiving hospitals.

• Commercial air conditioners –a multi-material packaging solution that virtually eliminated the frequent damage that a volume customer was experiencing with the product’s delicate evaporator coils.
